Termites

Termite Inspections and Treatment. I can inspect the home you are planning on purchasing or selling and provide you with a report of my findings. In the event treatment is required, I use the latest techniques and materials to eliminate the colonies that are destroying your home. I have inspected & treated homes in Colorado Springs with termites for the last 16 years.

Rodents

Whether you have an infestation of mice, rats, voles, moles or gophers, I will eliminate them either by strategically placing baits or traps. I will locate the entry points that the mice or rats are using to gain access to your home. We will get to the source of the problem and create a plan of control.

Bed Bugs, Mosquitoes & Other Blood Suckers

I have a no fail approach to treating Bed Bugs. All the nooks and crannies that they like to hide in are treated so there is no place for them to go. Mosquitoes are managed by habitat modification, treating standing water and spraying for the biting adults. Fleas are treated during all life stages that they pass through.

Spiders and Ants

Spiders are treated where they live, webs are removed and areas treated to limit their return. Ants are treated by locating the colony and using special baits and liquid materials to spread throughout the colony.

Zoonotic Disinfection

Many pests and wildlife pose serious threats to our health through Zoonotic Diseases. I am equipped to handle various threats such as Rabies, Hantavirus, and others that are commonly present where rodents, skunks, and others have invaded.

Roaches

Cockroach treatments for your home or restaurant. I will inspect and find the areas where they like to hide, and treat these insects in a manner that will use their normal biological habits against them to bring them to complete eradication. I utilize the latest and best bait matrix coupled with a chemistry to kill on contact and ingestion, while at the same time interrupting their growth cycle, to prevent them from becoming breeding adults.

Stinging Insects

Stinging insects pose a special threat. Not only is it painful, but in some cases, it could be deadly. I will eliminate paper wasps, yellow jackets and hornets. When Honey Bees are the issue. I will relocate the hive or swarm. This is accomplished by capturing a swarm, trapping an existing hive or cutting out the hive from a structure.

Beetles & Other General Pests

Whether you have beetles in your pantry, moths in your closet or crickets and stink bugs hanging out in your den. Give me a call, I will come and take care of your problem pest.

Wildlife Trapping

Trapping squirrels, skunks, rabbits and raccoons is a common occurrence in the Pikes Peak Region. I use humane traps and thermal imaging to help locate the animal as part of my trapping protocol.
